Class Days/Times
Class begins February 22nd and runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the first week and Tuesday and Thursday for the second week of class. Each day consists of two modules 9:00am -12:40pm and 1:20pm-5:00pm.

Our state approved 40 hour class encompasses real estate law, math, terminology, & licensing material review in preparation for taking the Salesperson's exam. This is a State of Michigan required course and is an exam preparation class only. It will not include career methods and strategies.
Our school meets the State's requirements, including 4 hours of Fair Housing. This course includes a final exam, mid-term, and chapter quizzes. Student should plan to study and read outside of the classroom. Upon passing, you will receive a certificate and be eligible to take the State exam.
Please arrive early the first day. Classes are limited in capacity, so payment is required to secure your registration. Students are required to attend the first module of class.
Please notify the Real Estate One Academy before a scheduled class begins, if a student needs an accommodation for a disability or accessibility needs, so we may assist you. Most of our facilities are barrier free.
We reserve the right to cancel a class or change location. All students registered will be notified in the event of a change or cancellation.
Our classes run in modules. All class time missed will need to be made-up in another Real Estate One Academy Salesperson class module. A student needs to be present for an entire module for their attendance to count. Make up opportunities are very limited. We encourage students to plan ahead and attend their entire course as scheduled.
This course will be held virtually. Important notice: All virtual classroom modules will be recorded including but not limited to video, audio, and chat, which will be archived for record-keeping. Students attending virtually are required to have both a camera and microphone on throughout the session in order to be counted for attendance. More information about virtual learning will be sent in your confirmation email. Students joining virtually will be required to pick up their book and materials from our main campus in Southfield Michigan, additional details will be provided upon registration.

Refund policy: If requested by the student up through the class start date, all tuition and fees* paid by the student to Real Estate One Academy will be refunded within 30 days. *The book fee is non-refundable once the student receives the textbook.
Rescheduling a class: A student may reschedule at no charge, one time only, up until 24 hours of the start date. All subsequent or later reschedules will incur a $10 non-refundable fee. The new class must be started within 12 months of the canceled class.
Price includes tuition, book, and materials for the class.
